You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the pkace account registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to hold one pkace account only. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one pkace account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. pkace uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkace reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkace account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your pkace login details with any third party. pkace will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify pkace immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your pkace account.
pkace is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") checks in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering ("AML") compliance requirements. You may be requested to provide copies of government-issued identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. pkace reserves the right to suspend account functionality, including withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
pkace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions on pkace are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkace does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply on pkace and are displayed at the point of transaction within your pkace account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. pkace reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests submitted to pkace are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements. pkace applies an "anti-money laundering return" policy, meaning withdrawals are generally returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. pkace reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request.
All pkace accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkace does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on the player's end is the sole responsibility of the player and any associated fees are not recoverable from pkace.
pkace offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL seasons. The following general conditions apply to all pkace bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
All sports bets placed on pkace, including cricket betting markets covering PSL, Pakistan internationals, and ICC tournaments, are subject to pkace's Sports Betting Rules as published on the pkace Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of pkace's trading team is final. pkace reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by confirmed or suspected match manipulation.
All casino games available on the pkace Casino section — including live dealer tables, slot games, jackpot titles, and specialty games — are operated using independently certified random number generation systems. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the individual game's information panel. Casino game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error affecting the pkace Platform during an active game round or live betting event, pkace reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's pkace account balance. pkace shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkace Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their pkace account suspended or permanently closed, with balances forfeited where applicable:
All content on the pkace Platform — including but not limited to the pkace brand name, logo, game assets, graphics, user interface designs, written content, software, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkace or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkace Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any pkace intellectual property without the prior written consent of pkace. Unauthorised use of pkace intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkace's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the pkace Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pkace in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pkace Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not pkace has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The pkace Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkace makes no warranty, express or implied, that the pkace Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the pkace Platform entirely at your own risk.
You may close your pkace account at any time by contacting pkace support via the Live Chat feature or by emailing pkace at the support address listed in Section 15 of these Terms. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your pkace account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or AML review.
pkace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any pkace account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; or if pkace is required to do so by applicable law or the instruction of a regulatory authority.
Where pkace terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms, pkace reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to permanently forfeit such funds.

pkace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkace will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active account holders via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the pkace Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pkace's international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkace Platform, you agree to first contact pkace support to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent pkace from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud.
